The tasks of enforcement and maintenance of the QM systems by management is guaranteed by the following measures:

Transfer of quality relevant tasks to specialized and experienced staff,
Maintenance of staff qualifications and motivation through systematic training and regular information,
Continuous determination of customer requirements and review of implementation,
Continuous checks and revisions as necessary on new product decisions,
Information to all staff about customer regulatory requirements
Involvement with and continuous improvement of the management systems,
Provision of the necessary resources,
Implementation of the management reviews.
